In the traveler's lexicon, Bali is the synonym for discovery. It’s one of those rare places where, no matter how well you think you know the place, there’s always something new to discover. The island always seems to have something new up its sleeve.
Bali is home to 4.3 million people, and I'm one of them - at least temporarily every year. For the last decade, I have spent the majority of time living between the island of gods, the Basque Country and the Gold Coast in Australia. While all three places have a special place in my heart, it's Bali that makes it skip a beat.
But words, rich as they are, only graze the surface. The island of gods thrives on moments captured on film.
